Traveling for pleasure?
This property is awesome for traveling sports teams and friend reunions. We’ve hosted kids baseball teams (Team Mom loved the kitchen space!), adult football (washer/dryer was key!), and gymnastics competitors (quick drive to the site!). Friends love the huge island for hanging out and the dining table is perfect for a game of cards. All but one bedroom has a TV too – so you can retreat if you need a moment to yourself.
Traveling for business?
One of our main clientele for this location is business teams wanting to stay together but not be bothered by the hustle-bustle of the big city. The layout for this property is very conducive to respecting privacy needs, with all bedrooms having an on-suite bath (one bedroom has on-suite half bath). A quick drive to main conferencing sites Georgia World Congress Center and Americasmart, there is space for a large van to park privately and safely in the driveway.

Payment & Cancellation Policy
Payments
1st payment is 50% of the total, due upon booking.
2nd payment is the remaining 50%, due 30 days prior to arrival. It will be charged to the card used for the initial booking, unless guest specifies another preferred card.
Every booking requires a fully refundable security deposit of $500. This amount is not included in the booking total as it is refundable. The security deposit is a standard hold placed on the card 2 days prior to arrival and is released 2 days after the successful stay.
Cancellations
Should you need to cancel your stay, we will provide a refund as follows:
If 30 days or more prior to date of check-in, 97% of the 1st payment will be refunded. 3% is withheld to cover the credit card processing fees, which are not able to be recovered. If the cancellation within 29 days of check-in, there are no refunds.
For extenuating circumstances, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request on a case-by-case basis.
House Rules
1. Respect the neighbors – quiet hours start at 10 PM and the property’s outdoor spaces close.
2. No additional guests allowed on premises, at any time. No events or gatherings allowed. No pets. No smoking indoors.
3. Primary guest must provide ID and signed rental agreement to host within 48 hours of booking. We will remind you!
4. Park in the driveway. Do not park in or block neighbor driveways.
5. Upon check out, 1) start a load of towels, 2) start the dishwasher and 3) take out the trash (we will remind you when it’s time to check out).
FORFEITURE OF DEPOSIT: Violation of any house rules and/or neighbor complaints about behavior will result in forfeiture of the security deposit and immediate removal from the property. It is our privilege to get to share this awesome area with you and it is a highly residential neighborhood with close neighbors – we cannot afford to disturb the community.

- No gatherings/ events or additional guests allowed on premises
